We had a BLAST!!! Chucky Cheese is such a cool place!!! Ya gotta take your kids, if you haven't before!!! Logan was so excited and couldn't stop talking about it the rest of the day.

Love you Logan David...hope daddy and mommy made your day extra special!!!

Rain and crowds....nothing keeps you from Tillamook County Fair:)

I grew up here in good old Tillamook County!! Growing up...one of the things I looked forward to most when summer hit was going to the Fair! Especially JR high...I loved seeing my friends right before school started and my parents let me walk around by myself!! I felt so grown up:) I have TONS of memories at the fair....but my favorite by far was seeing my friends and riding the rides!!! I am so thankful Logan is going to Grow up here and look forward to his county fair every summer too:) Such great memories!! Who knows, maybe he will even have a goat or pig in the fair someday:) Good extra Money:)
This year we decided to go on Saturday...face the crowds and possible rain and just go all out and have fun!! We were so excited to find out our friends Reuben and Monica and their two little kids were going too. Logan had someone to ride rides with:):) We got a TON of rides in and took a little break and ....of course we were blessed with some rain. BUT...it was in a perfect time...while we were walking indoors;)
We had a wonderful wonderful day, though my body hated me that night(being nearly 9 months pregnant) But I contribute my 1 more cm dialated to the walking at the fair, lol:)

Logan loved riding on the horsey;)
Daddy got a ride brac. this year and enjoyed some rides with Logan and with Collin;)
Jason, Reuben, Kate, and Logan having a blast.

So, I of course think that I have a very CUTE little boy! He is just stinkin' cute. I always hear, Logan looks just like Jason....totally a little Jason...and I do agree...especially his personality and his facial expression. But I also hear all the time...WOW...he looks like your dad. Or Wow..he looks like your brothers...So people...My mom and I found a picture of me when I was close to Logan's age and believe it or not, He actually does look like me:) Yippy...I really can claim the little cutie pie. SO...below is Logan at about age 2!

Feeling like a Whale!

So, I am very much at the point of pregnancy that I feel...well...just like a fat cow;) I know all of you pregnant woman felt the same way right at this point of giving birth to your babies...so I know I will get an amen from you all! I am ready to be able to run again after I eat 12 cookies, I am ready to jump out of bed and not feel like I am going to faint or fall over, I am ready to not have to pee every 5 minutes(no seriously...ask Sarah or Jason), I am ready to breath again, I am ready to sleep on my belly again(totally a belly sleeper...pregnancy kind of disturbs that), I am ready to not forget EVERYTHING, and I am ready to..well..in the next few months, wear my pants again:)
As of right now I am dialated at a two and have been having TONS of contractions. Just not any that have put me into full blown labor yet.
I am super ready to give birth to our little lady but I am also kind of hoping she will wait for a little while longer. YES..I KNOW...I am totally going against what I wrote in my first paragraph...but come on...I am pregnant. I can change my mind in five minutes:) One reason is for her lungs...I want her to be totally cooked before she decides to join our family and secondly there is something about the 2nd baby. Not that I am not as a excited to have her join our family as I was when Logan was born 3 years ago, but this time around...I know what to expect. I know that our lives are totally going to change...in every single way. Of course all for the better in deed but the first few months there are a lot of adjustments, lack of sleep, sore nipples, and well...basically...a scary looking Krista roaming around Tillamook. I have never done well with lack of sleep and no routine! I guess I am like a little kid in that way! BUT...at least this time around I know what to expect...I know that I will probably be a little moody for the first few months and I was already appologizing to Jason for it today;) heehee
With all of those things said, I also can't wait for her to join us. I know...I changed it again :) I can't wait to see what our little one looks like...will she look just like her brother? Or will she be totally opposite of him. Will she be a good sleeper? Will she be a good nurser? Will she be chubby like Logan was;) Will she be totally girly like her mommy? Or will she wanna chum with the boys?

Though I feel like a big whale....and I long to meet our little girl...I am cherishing my last couple weeks of normal routine...until we find our new normal routine with baby and a preschooler! Thankfully I have a wonderful husband who will be helping me a long the way;) I am super lucky in that department! I will keep you all updated til our little girl arrives
PS....we decided to wait in deciding on the name til she arrives:)

Wedding Bells, Waddling Down the Aisle, and "Wing Bear" fun

My flower girl days:) 1987(I think)

On New Years of this last year, I got a phone call from my sweet friend Jackie! She had a super excited tone in her voice....she said,"Josh purposed...and I said yes!! Will you be in my wedding, July 26th, 2008?" I said, "OF COURSE....but....I also have news for you...I will be just about 8 1/2 months pregnant!!" She laughed and got excited and said, "well, we will just have to get you a different dress then the other girls:)!" So..we both got to share exciting and life changin news with each other that day. Jackie did find me the cutest dress that I could have asked for...infact...I think I liked it better then the bridemaid's, heehee.

Now, I have to share a few things leading up to this day. I have only been in three weddings in my entire life....well...three that I actually was walking down the aisle during. One was when I was like 6, I was a flower girl at my Aunt Kim's wedding probably like 1987....Second one was my very own wedding, 2004, and 3rd was my brother's wedding 2006!! I never really thought I would be in very many weddings. I have always been a friend to everyone!!! But, I have really only had a few best friends that would even consider me to be in their wedding. I tease my best friend Amybeth because she was one wedding I knew I would be in and she eloped to Hawaii, lol!!! But I was her bridemaid in spirit;) I have been pregnant for about 8 1/2 months and have been in 2 weddings this pregnancy;) LOL...I really do think it is funny that when I am actually in the weddings, I am waddling down the aisle....truely has been a humbling experience, heehee!

Jackie's wedding was amazing....TOTALLY Christ centered and beautiful! Jackie and Josh love each other so much and are a PERFECT match!!! Logan was priveldged to be asked to be Jackie's ring bear....or "wing bear" as he would say it. Infact the day of the wedding he was hoping his cousin Madison could be a "wing bear" with him. He adores his cousin Maddie. Logan did wonderful....drag the cute little flower girl down the aisle with him...but other then that, he was adoreable and did a great job. Logan isn't even 3 yet!!! I was so proud of him!

Saturday was a special day!!! Jackie has been waiting for her hubby...she has been very picky...she wanted to marry a strong Christian man and she was willing to wait til her perfect match appeared. God is sooo good and he is sooo faithful to those that honor him~ Congrats Jackie...may God bless you with LOTS OF babies and may God continue to work in both you and Josh's lives as I have seen it so much the last couple of years!!!

The sweet couple! They will have beautiful babies!!

Logan, Jackie, and Rachel....Logan isn't even three and Rachel just turned 7...Logan is just a little shorter then Rachel....I have such a tall boy;)
Jackie and I!
